I wanted a fun picture of my daughter in an Andy Warhol type drawing so I got online and found a place called mydavinci.com. What you do is upload your photo to their website then they create an image for you. I selected to have them create a drawing for me first and then I previewed it and told them what corrections I needed. I think this cost an extra five bucks. I realized from the broken English I was emailing someone from China. Now I am reading their website and it is true – their mission is to connect American buyers with Chinese artists. Very cool. I’m not sure but I think they print the drawing in Illinois. Regardless, they did an excellent job and I’m very happy with my drawing. I haven’t found much info as to what they are bringing in moneywise but it’s gotta be good.
