Toddlers put on their dancing shoes

I did it. I took my daughter to see the Wiggles last night. If you are unfamiliar with the Wiggles you obviously don’t have kids. These guys are like rock stars for toddlers. They went up and down the aisles and kids were fawning over them similarly to how I would have acted if I had gone to a New Kids on the Block concert when I was a teenager. The whole time I kept wondering exactly how much these four guys and crew are making off this 90 minute concert. So I got on Wikipedia and the writer says in 2005 they were Australia’s richest entertainers, making more than Nicole Kidman and AC/DC combined. The Wiggles have been around since 1991. The Blue and Purple guys were members of a rock band the Cockroaches, and met up with the original yellow guy at the Institute of Early Childhood Studies in Sydney, Australia. They have modified many of the original Cockroaches songs to be more kid friendly. They have sold millions of CDs and DVDs, and have their own kid show on the Disney Channel.
